I'm down with flu again. Simply hate that. It makes me feel so lethargic and just wanna sleep. If it gets worse tomorrow, I might consider resting at home then. Means no work!

Well, I have nothing much to blog about these days. Everyday is just the same.

I'm looking forward to the PC Show next month. I will be getting my laptop there I guess. I'm doing research and comparisons on which brand and model to go for. Hope that I can get a laptop of my choice, more importantly within my budget.

I HATE WHEN MONDAY COMES

On saturday morning, met up with Lam to have lunch at Subway JP. After which we proceded to Anchorpoint as he wanted to buy black pants for his work. Well, nothing fantastic, totally off from what Justin has told us. And so Lam bought one from G2000 and we crossed over to Queensway Shopping Centre. I bought a face moisturiser and we had laksa before taking bus home.

Later in the evening, went for dinner at Jurong West with mum and brother. After that I went to Conrad to meet up with girl and her family. Her dad had a complimentary one night stay and so I was invited too. I believe I was invited. haha.

At the same time, it was Arsenal vs Man Utd. With Man Utd needing only a point to take the Premiership crown, it's definitely a must-watch match. So we rushed up the room, hoping that they have Football Channel too in their long list of channels provided. Only to be disappointed.

But the room's super nice lah. Our room was on the 22nd floor. Right down is the Fountain of Wealth, nice view. No match to watch, we went for a swim. We had a great time swimming, taking photos and chatting there. After a quick shower, we walked over to Xin Wang HK Cafe and had supper there! We returned to our room, played some cards and hit the bed. Well, for me and ningyuan, we had the whole floor to ourselves. According to the Lim sisters, my snoring has kept them awake the whole night. My apology.

I want to complain. The bus I took to work today was horrible. The air-con was faulty! OMG, its seriously warm and stuffy inside. Everyone was using whatever they have to fan themselves. The journey was freaking 50 mins and the feeling was just so shitty. Immediately when I reached office, I logged onto SBS Transit website to COMPLAIN! haha, maybe they might give me free one month ride. HAHA.

Monday, back to work. Two days of rest is simply not enough. Well, I didnt really rest over the weekend.

On saturday, girl and me were finally out shopping again. I was intending to buy a shirt but could not find one. For the one I like, they do not have the size anymore. We walked around Orchard, then took a bus to Suntec, then to Marina Square and finally Raffles City. We were resting our legs at raffles city's mos burger when we had this rather unpleasant yet funny enounter.

We were having nuggets and all-time favourite milk tea. When we finished the nuggets with milk tea left, suddenly a staff came to us. 'Can you give up your seats please?' I was taken aback. I was like thinking she was going to help us clear the table. I regretted my actions. Too stunned for words, I nodded my head and we went out with our milk tea. OH MAN! Whats wrong with me at that time?! I should have gave her a piece of my mind, DAMN! I'm truly a nice guy, I must admit. HAHA.

On Sunday, met up with Lam and Justin(FINALLY!). We went clementi for pool. Its been long since the last time we met up. We planned to play mahjong together one day, since girl and I have always been wanting to learn. Nice, one more leisure activity for us.

After the games, went home for a short nap(15mins) before going JP for mother's day dinner. Off we went to Ding Tai Fung. Its was rather crowded which is kind of expected, so waited like 20 mins before we had our table. We had one of the worst table. People were standing just beside us, watching us eat. Truly feeling uncomfortable with that, I showed it clearly through my face. The guy seemed to understand that and he turned away, HAHA. Dad's not around so the dinner's on me!

After dinner, we shopped around and brother wanted to buy new shoes. I suggested that he buy Converse sneakers instead of running shoes as his Hockey season is over and with A levels this year, I doubt he will have time to exercise much. He took my suggestion and went for the Converse sneakers, and I subsidised 20 bucks.

Last night, Arsenal vs Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium. Both teams were eliminated from the Champions League. Its Chelsea which bounced back and took the game. Arsenal did not have a poor game though. They just did not capitalise on their chances. So, its going to be 4th placing for Arsenal this season.

Just now girl came and gave me a surprise! I'm so happy. She was in town with her friends. She bought a sushi wrap for me, knowing that I will be hungry by this time. How thoughtful. I LOVE YOU!

Mas Selamat hit the news again. After 13 months, the guy who sparked the largest manhunt in Singapore's history was caught, with a little help from Malaysia. But how did he manage to escape to Malaysia? It is reported that he was arrested on 1 April, so why they announce to the public only today?

This guy is really something. When I was still serving NS, office hour personnels like me had to perform additional shift duties. Everything we had to do extra just because of him.

Hmmm.. please, after handling this guy over to Singapore, we dont want to hear MSK escapes again. haha

Yeah its Friday!! After work going to meet my girl for dinner. Its our 25th month together. Time really flies. I remember the days when we were in school, we did not know each other. You were carrying your turtle shape bag and always walked like you were bouncing. Then came the first time we took a photo together during our graduation night. And then my first sms to you on chinese new year. hahaha so funny when I think back.But yea, this is just the beginning, we still have a long long way to go!

Damn! I having diarrhoea now. Lao sai lao sai lao dao bo latt liao. I only had subway for lunch this afternoon. Must be something wrong with the sandwich or cookies. I am still not feeling any better.

The next IT show is from 11-14 June! Its gonna be held at Suntec WOOHOO! I have yet to decide which brand to go for but currently I'm eyeing on the MACBOOK. But its abit too expensive for me. I will see what's my budget and check out other models before deciding.

Today is thursday BOOYEAH!! FRIDAY TOMMOROW BOOOOOYYEEEAHHHH!

A 93rd minute goal by Inesta put Barcelona through to the Champions League finals! Its going to be interesting in Rome, 27 May 2009 when Barcelona and Man Utd will fight it out. And my heart tells me its going be Barcelona this season. No offence Man Utd fans. haha maybe I still cant get over the fact that Arsenal got kicked in the ass.

I think Chelsea don deserve to lose. They were just unlucky not able to win. And its definitely not the best way to lose it in the dying minutes of the game. Join Arsenal, try again next season haha.

Let us relish the moment!

HAPPY 21st BD JUSTIN!

Justin is a damn awesome good friend I've known for 9 yrs! He's one full of ambitions and very down-to-earth. I hope he will enjoy what he's doing now and have a wonderful birthday today!

WTH ARSENAL! damn disappointed with them man. how can they lose 3-1 at home to their fiercest rival? Please lah wenger, its time to wake up and buy some experienced players. Someone must really give a hard smack on his head to make him realise that a team of 20 yr olds cant win him anything. Its already the 4th season without any silverware!! WAKE UP! And I lost both bets with Lam, hell man.

My dad is flying off tonight. He will be going to Korea to work for at least a month or two. I'm kinda worried about him. This is the first time he's away from home for so long. Alright, hope that dad will take care of himself over there and see you soon yea!!

Baby will be having her last paper tomorrow! WOOHOO! and 3 months of holiday awaits her, shiok!!

hello everyone!

Yea I had a new blogskin. Something plain and simple which I wanted. I'm trying to put up some photos to make it sort of like border, but I have no idea how. Nevermind, I will try to figure that out.

After a long weekend, I find myself feeling very lethargic during work yesterday and today. Hope that tomorrow I will find the energy to work! Yup, so let me update what have I done over the 3 days.

On Friday, had breakfast with my family at Jurong West St42. We had tim sum! Its been quite long since we had breakfast together. We had a great time chatting and bought some stuff and went home. Went to gym in the afternoon with Lam. Due to public holiday, the gym was damn crowded. But don care, just whack. haha. After gyming, walked down to Pioneer mall and rented a couple of DVDs home to watch. At night, met up with Lam and Justin at JP. Lam bought his E71(black). Its awesome! Its one of the few Nokia phones which I think is nice!

On Saturday, slacked at home till like 4 then went for my haircut at JP. Booked an appointment with Kenneth. And I feel safe when he's the one cutting for me. And yar, he's my squadmate during my Police Coast Guard training. After that, off we went to Clarke Quay;) Met up the rest before we proceed to Pitstop cafe. YES, its a surprise birthday party for JUSTIN! Planned by me, Lam and Justin's gf, Xingzhen. Well, I think the party was a success. Everyone had fun and I really enjoyed myself. Its always so fun when we get together. When we talk about all the stupid stuff we did during secondary school days and also during NPCC trainings. hahaha.

Sunday, did nothing much. Watched the dvd and went swimming in the late afternoon.

Tonight, ARSENAL VS MAN UTD. Are you going to watch it? Too bad I don have cable tv, if not I will witness how Arsenal defeat Man Utd at Emirates to reach the Finals!!! Alright, all the money on Arsenal. WOOHOO!!!

Guess what? This is already my 60th post! I didnt even realise that. And how old is this blog alrdy? I dont really know, close to 2?

I don't know what to write but I just feel like writing. So just bear with me alright. haha. Its gonna be very random.

Its the start of a looooonng weekend! not really long actually but who cares. One extra day of rest is good enough. SO HAPPY. However, didnt have much plans for these 3 days. Girl is going out with her friends tomorrow and she also needs time for revision so still cant really go out yet. BUT nvm, just a week more alright girl! And hopefully I can start my lifesaving course by this weekend. I just realised I love swimming too.

so only thing for tomorrow is just breakfast with family and gym in the afternoon with Lam. As usual, Justin is unable to join us again as her has insurance exam next week. The three of us hardly meet up already and even if we do so, its just a couple of hours in JP. I understand that each of us has our own commitments. But I guess its just the effort and priority.
